The older I get, the louder my colors speak for me.– Treasurable Life
Now look at her. Go ahead. Let her sink in.

This isn’t your typical “sweet old lady.” This is Queen Glow-Up in her final form. With candy-colored beads, hair wild with rebellion, and a bird on her finger like she’s Snow White’s unbothered cousin. Sis is unapologetically vibrant, and you better believe she earned every bead, wrinkle, and giggle line.
She’s proof that age doesn’t dim the light; it amplifies the flame. She’s been through it. Life threw loss, love, betrayal, body changes, identity shifts… and what did she do? She laughed in the face of conformity, dyed her gray with pastel rebellion, and dressed like joy threw up on her, and we love it.
This picture reminds us of something raw: you don’t have to shrink to age. You don’t have to fade to grow older. You can expand, explode, shine, and shock the world with how alive you still are.
Glow With Me”
They told me to hush as my bones grew old,
To trade wild colors for neutral and cold.
But I stitched my joy into every thread,
And let the laughter crown my head.
I danced with creaks, I sang with lines,
My age is art, my joy still shines.
So don’t ask me to act my age
I rewrote the rules and burned the cage.
Glow with me, don’t grow dim,
Let the world adjust to your whim.
She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.”
— Proverbs 31:25 (NIV)
This blog isn’t about getting older. It’s about getting freer.
Let this fabulous elder remind you that being loud, colorful, quirky, or weird is not a phase; it’s a lifestyle. Stop waiting for permission to be your full self. Whether you’re 26 or 76, you’re allowed to sparkle, giggle, wear flamingo pink fur, and talk to birds like they talk back.
Life is meant to be lived, not tiptoed through quietly.
So go ahead, wear the beads. Paint your world. Be the reason people smile when they remember you.
This is Treasurable Life, where we celebrate the raw, the loud, the beautiful truth of living unapologetically.
