Thursday Talk with Treasurable Life: Raw. Real. Unfiltered.

She wasn’t made to be saved, she was made to survive the flames and teach others how to walk through fire without turning to ash. – Treasurable Life

Healing is messy. It’s violent. And sometimes, it feels like hell.
But it’s also sacred. And it’s mine.

When I say I’ve walked through fire, I don’t mean metaphorical rainbows and fairy tale endings. I mean burned alive, screaming in silence, crawling out of shadows I never asked to live in. That’s not just art, it’s a mirror. It’s what you’d see if healing left physical scars. It’s what survival looks like.

They expect you to bounce back. Smile. Post your “I’m blessed” selfies. But what about the days you’re still burning? What about the nights you cry lava and wake up hoping you’re not ashes? I’m talking to those women today. The ones nobody checks on because they look “strong.”

Still on Fire

They called it rage.
They called it dramatic.
They never saw the matches
They handed me
When I was too young to spell
“survival.”

I am not destruction
I am rebirth.
My flames are sermons.
My ashes? Proof I lived.

When you pass through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not consume you.” — Isaiah 43:2

I need us to stop glamorizing healing like it’s spa days and journaling under moonlight. Nah. Sometimes it’s screaming in your car. Sometimes it’s shaking from a memory no one knows about. Sometimes it’s makeup over tears. And other times, it’s fire in your eyes because you refuse to die one more quiet death.

I show up every Thursday not to entertain but to testify.
Because someone out there needs to hear this:
Your fire is not your flaw it’s your fight.

So don’t dim down. Don’t cool off.
You are volcanic grace. And if they can’t handle your heat,
Let them freeze in their comfort zones.

This platform is about unmasking survival. About giving voice to what we’re told to hide. Trauma, PTSD, emotional wounds, mental health struggles. THIS is your space to say “I’m not okay” and still be worthy of love.

Let them freeze in their comfort zones.”

So many can benefit from what’s being said here. It’s necessary work with much-needed advice.

Thank you so much! Your words truly mean everything. 🙏🏽 That quote came straight from the fire within—and I’m so glad it sparked something in you too. We’ve been told for too long to shrink ourselves to make others comfortable, but no more. 🔥 We are volcanic grace, and this is the season to erupt with purpose, power, and unapologetic truth. May we all keep rising and burning away what no longer serves us.
Much love to you for seeing the message and letting it resonate. 💛
