Talk Time with Treasurable Life

Happy Friday, friend!

We made it! 🙌

I woke up earlier this week giving thanks to the Man above for seeing another day. That moment of gratitude set the tone for a day filled with laughter, peace, and blessings.

It was my day off from caring for patients. No alarms, no rush, just a slow morning. I made breakfast for my family, something simple but made with love. While the eggs sizzled, I cracked open my laptop to blog a little creative therapy.

And in that moment, standing there with breakfast cooking and my daughter’s message lighting up my screen, one of the biggest blessings came through: I found out my daughter graduated from Ultimate Medical Academy with her associate’s degree. Proud momma moment right here! 🎉

I felt completely at peace.

I felt blessed in every way.

And it hit me:
The life I longed for in prayer has already unfolded.

🍳 FaceTime, Breakfast, and That Peace

I felt at peace.
I felt blessed.
In every aspect.

And the thought washed over me gently but powerfully:
I’m already living the life I once prayed for.

Not because everything is perfect. But because I paused long enough to feel it.

📖 A Little Scripture for Your Soul

As I carried that peace into the rest of my day, this scripture came to mind:

“And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.”
– Colossians 3:15 (ESV)

That reminded me: peace isn’t something we achieve; it’s something we allow ourselves to rule in us. And when are we? Gratitude follows like a gentle breeze.
